Blog Tour Review - Looking for Lucie by Amanda Addison

Blog Tour Review - Looking for Lucie by Amanda Addison "Where are you really from?" It's a question every brown girl in a white-washed town is familiar with, and one that Lucie has never been able to answer. All she knows is that her mother is white, she's never met her father, and she looks nothing like the rest of her family. She can't even talk about it because everyone says it shouldn't matter! Well, it matters to Lucie and-with her new friend Nav, who knows exactly who he is-she's determined to find some answers. What do you do when your entire existence is a question with no answer? Six for Sunday

Good morning,

Yes, I'm afraid to say I gave up on Blogmas. It was just getting too much, and I've realised the nonsensical side to launching a brand new blog with daily updates at a busy time of year.

I managed twelve days of it though, which is something.

I'm keeping the blog going though, and I've got plans for next year already, with a design overhaul and a new challenge.

Today is Steph's Six for Sunday challenge.

This week's theme is Books from 2017 you’d recommend

  1. Ink by Alice Broadway
  2. The Scarecrow Queen by Melinda Salisbury
  3. A Conjuring of Light by V E Schwab
  4. It Only Happens in the Movies by Holly Bourne
  5. Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman
  6. One of Us is Lying by Karen M McManus.
Why don't you join in and tell me what books from 2017 you'd recommend? If you fancy doing it on Twitter please don't forget the hashtag #SixForSunday

thanks
Liam
